The Global Support Services Center (GSSC) operates as the Knowledge and Business Processing domain for Hydraulics and Aerospace divisions of Eaton Corporation. GSSC was set up as part of the marketing and sales department at Eden Prairie. Eaton undertook this initiative in order add a gamut of service operations to the department.
GSSC centralizes multiple functional groups into one location and includes Customer Support, Technical Support, Pricing, Desktop Publishing, Marketing Intelligence, Credit for Hydraulics and Customer Support for Aerospace. |
