PUNE … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation announced today that Krishnakumar Srinivasan has been named general manager – Truck, India. Srinivasan will report directly to Dave Bennett, president – Vehicle Group, Asia Pacific, and will be a part of the Vehicle Group's Asia Pacific leadership team.

 

In this role, Srinivasan will be responsible for managing Eaton's overall truck business in India, including domestic and export. He will also be accountable for sales, operations, strategic plans, growth initiatives, supply chain, and developing a high-performance culture.

 

Srinivasan joins Eaton from Endress+Hauser Flowtec India Ltd. where he most recently served as president and director. In his 22 years of experience he has held various leadership positions in general management, sales and marketing, and operations with multi-national companies. Srinivasan holds a bachelor's degree of engineering from College of Engineering, Pune, India, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Pune. He holds a postgraduate diploma in export management from Indian Institute of Export Management, Bangalore.

 

Pavan Pattada, current general manager –Truck, India, will be assisting with the transition through Sept. 2009, and will then be relocated back to North America. His new position will be announced at a later date.
